for $185,000.
The 2,334-square-foot restaurant had been vacant and on the
market for at least three years before it sold March 13, said David Bode,
managing partner at Rock Commercial Real Estate in York. Rock represented the buyer, 2301 West
Market LLC.
2301 West Market plans to open a restaurant on the half-acre
site. Bode could not share other specifics about the restaurant, he said.
