Earl Township-based ForgeWorks, a Garden Spot Communities’ consultancy that focuses on providing tools for organizational growth and innovation to nonprofits across the United States, named Ric Myers bridgebuilder. His consulting will focus on sales, marketing and culture, and he will help nonprofits expand their market presence. Myers has had a 35-year career in the retirement living and hospitality industries. Most recently, he was sales director with Willow Valley Communities. He has a bachelor’s degree from Messiah College.
