First Citizens Community Bank moves into second branch in Lancaster County

First Citizens Community Bank has officially moved into its new branch location in Lancaster County, but won’t be offering full services for at least a month.

The loan production office, located at 1011 Dry Tavern Road, is at the entrance of Weaver’s Store in Brecknock Township. It will provide loan products, cash management services and courier services and a 24-hour drive-up ATM.

The office had been in Caernarvon Township but moved Dec. 10. It is expected to provide full services to the public by the end of January, according to Heather Sargent, public relations and community coordinator for the Mansfield-based bank.

The branch move follows the opening in 2016 of a Mount Joy branch.

First Citizens Community Bank operates 28 offices in Tioga, Bradford, Potter, Clinton, Union, Lebanon, Lancaster, Schuylkill and Berks Counties, as well as in Allegany County, New York. It has assets of roughly $1.4 billion.

Editor’s note: This story has been corrected to reflect the status of the new branch.
