Nick Grasberger joined Harsco in 2013 as CFO. He was named president and CEO the following year, and elected chairman in 2018.
At the time Grasberger’s chairmanship was announced, outgoing chairman David C. Everitt said in a statement, “Nick is an outstanding leader who has been instrumental in driving Harsco’s transformation as a leader in every market in which it competes.”
Harsco is a diversified, global engineered products and services company reaching the worldwide steel, railway and energy sectors. “Throughout our history we have repeatedly demonstrated our strength to transform, with one overriding constant: our commitment to innovation,” he said on the Harsco website.
“When I’m not in the office,” Grasberger said in his LinkedIn profile, “I enjoy spending time with my wife and five children, boating, playing racquet sports, reading and traveling.”
