Carlisle has been applauded and congratulated by Dr. Edward de Bono for his extensive and successful teaching and training of the widely acclaimed de Bono Thinking™ methods. Foremost as a leader in the field of de Bono Thinking™, he has organized de Bono distributorships and trained trainers in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Portugal. And he has worked with the de Bono distributor in China (Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai) in introducing these powerful thinking methods to companies there including Microsoft, Motorola, Air Products, Coca-Cola, Bertelsmann, Trane, 3M, Unilever, and Dow-Corning. While in China, he lectured and presented de Bono Thinking™ methods to the largest Executive MBA program in Asia, CEIBS-The China Europe International Business School. He also worked with the ownership of Lancaster Laboratories in the due diligence sale of the company to Thermo Fisher, now owned and known as Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories.
As a de Bono Design Thinking professional, he is experienced in leading a variety of programs from Executive Team Development to strategic thinking, leadership development, and managing change. Mark Kandrysawtz, VP and Chief Innovation Officer, WellSpan Health
Mark serves as WellSpan Health’s vice president and chief innovation officer where he provides oversight of research and development, marketing, brand and creative. Prior to joining WellSpan, Mark was founder and CEO, partner and a principal consultant at Benjamin & Bond, a healthcare innovation consultancy, based in York, Pa. He has a proven track record of creating and improving businesses through innovation. His areas of expertise include human-centered design; user experience/user interface design; service and product design; strategic planning and business development. Prior to starting Benjamin & Bond, he served as CEO of an award-winning strategy-led design firm and technology lab. He managed and lead a company of strategists, designers and developers in delivering research, design and development projects for healthcare organizations, global enterprises, government entities and Silicon Valley startups. Mark holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Arts & Science degree in Anthropology from the University of Pittsburgh.

Chuck is a Central Pennsylvania information technology entrepreneur focusing on Digital transformation, AI and Big Data Analytics. He is co-Founder and serves as Senior Partner of Collective Intelligence Inc, an information technology consulting firm located in Mechanicsburg, PA. He served as President and CEO of the Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania from 2014-2019. Chuck lives in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, with his wife Tara.
