Tammy Clark-McFadden is the VP, SBA Department Manager with PeoplesBank, A Codorus Valley Company. PeoplesBank is one of the top SBA lenders in South Central Pennsylvania. For more than a decade, Tammy has helped entrepreneurs access funds through the Small Business Administration to assist with starting a new business. She and her team have also helped hundreds of small and medium size businesses access much needed funding to grow, diversify and reposition their businesses. Over the last year, Tammy was instrumental in assisting more than one thousand clients with accessing PPP funds. She is an expert in the various SBA programs available and offers a depth of experience in helping start-ups make good financial decisions as they are starting out.
Tammy is a big believer in giving back to the community. She has been a proud VFW Auxiliary member for over 20 years, American Legion Auxiliary member for over 14 years as well as a devoted sponsor of the Wounded Warrior Project for more than 20 years. She is also an avid supporter and volunteer of the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank and enjoys running 5K events as a way to support charities and causes that are important to her.
Liz Ackerman, Executive Director, Northern Lancaster Chamber of Commerce
Liz Ackerman serves as the Executive Director of the Northern Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce, a vibrant regional chamber representing over 320 businesses in the Northern Lancaster region. (The Chamber covers everything above Route 30 and to the East of Route 72)
Liz has been with the Chamber since 2017, first serving as the Member Relations and Events Director, and then assuming the role of Executive Director in 2019. Her dynamic leadership style, in conjunction with a dedicated team, has resulted in a steady increase in membership, an expansion of programs and opportunities for the businesses the Chamber serves, and the growth of innovative opportunities for members to make meaningful connections. The Northern Lancaster region also features a diverse mix of businesses, in both size and industry, which has contributed to an increase in new business openings and the relocation of established businesses to the area.
A passionate community supporter and advocate, Liz serves on the following boards: Cocalico Education Foundation, Ephrata Performing Arts Center, Lancaster County Dairy Promotion, and Cocalico Cares. She is also a leader for the Lebanon County 4-H Dairy and Poultry Clubs.
