Angela Berkosky, Chief Investment Officer, Domani Wealth
As Chief Investment Officer, Angela she says her role is the perfect blend of client interaction and technical analysis.
Her technical knowledge isn’t only book knowledge, but she’s able to translate it into practical applications, customizing investment solutions for our clients. This means each client receives a tailored approach to their investment portfolio, instead of a one-size-fits-all approach.
Angela leads Domani Wealth’s Investment Strategy Group, and is responsible for implementing and monitoring portfolios, as well as conducting investment research on the overall economy, financial markets, and individual investment strategies. Angela blends this knowledge to lead our firm’s efforts in setting investment philosophy and allocations for our clients. She also works closely with our Wealth Advisors and clients to construct and monitor portfolios, aligning each client’s level of risk with their financial goals.
She’s proud of how she’s seen Domani Wealth grow since she started with the firm in 2010, especially how we’ve deepened our technical expertise, adding nationally prominent investment and research to continue to increase the value to our clients.
“My favorite workdays are one where I meet with various advisors and clients on investment-related projects,” she says.
She began her career in corporate finance at an international firm, and while she enjoyed the technical part of her role, she realized she was missing seeing the impact of her work. She moved to wealth management early in her career, and “enjoys making a difference every day for our clients,” she says.
As part of our Family Office team, Angela works closely with the firm’s Wealth Advisors and high net worth clients to find, implement, and monitor unique investment strategies and allocations. This includes meeting with managers, consultants and other investment professionals to provide oversight for the entire families’ portfolios.
The core value that most resonates with Angela is integrity, she says. “If you act with integrity across all aspects of your life, everything else will fall into place.” Angela is known not only for her technical experience, but also her positivity and passion for what she’s doing every day!
