Natural Stress Relief: Self-Healing Through Rhythm & Sound

In this three-part workshop, you will learn simple techniques for relaxation and anxiety relief that you can do almost anywhere. What you can expect: A lesson on Stress 101, the effects of chronic stress and how we can avoid the damage; Learn effective ways to manage stress and anxiety using tools built in to your own body; Discover the connective power of drumming with others; Learn how to meditate with sound and fall asleep faster; Explore mindful breathing and conscious body awareness; Yoga inspired movement and breathing. No experience is needed to participate. All ages are welcome, but this workshop is recommended for adults and teens 14 and up. For tickets, visit
