Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course

Penn State Health will host an eight-week online course designed to help relieve stress and increase well-being in everyday life. Continuing education credits are available―up to 22.75 for nurses, social workers, psychologists and counselors. The course begins Jan. 24.

Penn State Health will also hold free 30-minute mindfulness practice sessions via Zoom. They will take place on Wednesdays at 5:15 p.m. and Fridays at 1 p.m.
