He has extensive training and understanding of retirement plans, and serves as our team’s technical expert, staying up-to-date on regulations and nuances that change often. He helps business owners and companies who sponsor retirement plans for their employees to create a plan that works for their organization and staff and make sure employees are educated and able to participate. Steve also helps to manage the plan on an ongoing basis, making adjustments to help the companies stay on track to meet their goals.

Emily began her career at Schaedler Yesco Distribution in 2014 and, with her team, is responsible for recruitment, performance evaluations, safety and wellness, benefits, and training and development.  She is passionate about improving skills and continuing education and developed a robust training system utilized by the company’s entire workforce.  Emily believes that fair wages, valuable benefits, and open communication are essential to attracting and retaining quality team members.  She is an advocate for diversity and fair business practices.  Emily holds a B.S. in Biological and Evolutionary Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University.
