10:20 a.m.: How many employees fully understand their 401(k)?

How many employees fully understand their 401(k)? Their educational level today can have an enormous impact on how prepared they are for retirement in the future. But not every employee can be educated in the same way – not every bit of information applies to every generation of your staff members. And in today’s different working remotely or working staggered shifts, it’s more challenging than ever to communicate and educate employees.

11:25 a.m.: Best Companies Session

Learn about data trends for this year’s Best companies to work for in PA. Hear from a panel of winners discussing what helped them become a best company, and HR practices during COVID-19.

Moderator: Peter B. Burke, President, Best Companies Group

Panelist: Doug Jones, President, Faulkner Subaru Harrisburg

Panelist: Susan Yohn, Director of Human Resources, Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz
