Kevin Hodge, CCIM, Brokerage Advisor, ROCK Commercial Real Estate

Kevin joined ROCK Commercial Real Estate in 2003. He specializes in industrial and land sales, and adaptive reuse and adaptive conversion projects. He has worked in the commercial real estate, rehabilitation and economic development industry since 1996.  During that time, Kevin has been involved in the development of more than 5.4 million square feet of new industrial buildings.

Prior to ROCK, Kevin worked for York County Economic Development Corporation (YCEDC) as Senior Manager of Development and Historic York, Inc. as a Historic Tax Credit Preservation Specialist, where he assisted developers in conversion projects.

Sam Denisco, Vice President of Government Affairs, PA Chamber of Business & Industry

Sam Denisco serves as the vice president of Government Affairs for the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry. As vice president, Denisco oversees the PA Chamber’s lobbying, political, grassroots and communications operations. He specializes in the public policy areas of health care, tort and taxation.

Prior to joining the PA Chamber, Denisco served in executive capacities under the Ridge, Schweiker and Rendell administrations, most recently as the director of the Office of Legislative Affairs for the state Department of Revenue. Prior to that, he was director of the Office of Legislative Affairs for the Pennsylvania Department of State.

Denisco also serves as chair of the Pennsylvania Health Care Cost Containment Council.

Denisco graduated from the University of Scranton with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctorate and Fellowship in Law and Government from Widener University School of Law.

 

Debra Bell, M.D., Medical Director, Population Health Services, WellSpan Health

Debra serves as WellSpan Population Health Services Medical Director where she leads initiatives to establish system-wide processes to drive reliable, evidence-based medical practice that improves outcomes, reduces variation, and eliminates waste.

Dr. Bell received her medical degree from Texas A&M College of Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at York Hospital in 2007, and is board certified in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine. Upon completion of her residency, Dr. Bell worked at WellSpan Hayshire Family Medicine doing full-scope inpatient and outpatient family medicine except obstetrics.

In 2014 she transitioned to a leadership role at Family First Health (FFH), a Federally-Qualified Health Center in the York region where she served in various roles including director of quality.

Prior to leaving to return to her current role at WellSpan, Dr. Bell was instrumental in establishing the FFH addiction treatment program.
