We’re back and open for business:
Can my technology adapt to the new normal?
Is your business ready?
As parts of the country begin to lift “shelter in place” orders and reevaluate “essential” industries, employers need to have a plan in place to restart businesses and bring facilities back online. On May 13, Morefield Communications and teams from the Central Penn Business Journal and Lehigh Valley Business explored how technology can support this process and what we should be considering as business leaders.
What we went over in the discussion:
- SUPPORTING and managing a hybrid work staff (in office/working from home)
- LOOKING forward: adaptable technology practices to help us transition and prepare for the future
- 6 FEET of separation between coworkers – how do we address social distancing and office space
- TECH CHECKUPS: server platforms, network equipment and data closets
- SURVEILLANCE systems and building card access in the new normal
- NEW ROLES of telephone systems and service to manage call coverage
