Eugene Draganosky
CEO
Traditions Bank
He has served as CEO for six years.
“Our founders and I believe we need to borrow different leadership styles as situations dictate. Communication success and motivation aren’t a one-size fits all proposition. Instead, leaders must tailor their approach to the intended audience. As a result, our company embraces the individuality of our associates and enjoys a high degree of engagement. I naturally gravitate towards a blend of visionary and coaching styles, attempting to inspire and motivate others to achieve success,” Draganosky said.
He started college as a pre-med student and didn’t plan to be a banker; however, Draganosky’s interests pulled him in other directions. “Always fascinated with economics, investing, and the operation of businesses, I decided to refocus my efforts and pursue a dual major in finance and management. Upon graduation, I was fortunate to be accepted into a large bank’s management development program. While no longer with that bank, it was my start in an industry that I have learned to love over the past 37 years,” he said.
He enjoys outdoor activities, especially hiking, fishing, and hunting. “Over the past few years, I have also spent more free time off-road driving and navigating over rough terrain. I love exploring new places, the challenge of overcoming physical and mental barriers, and the ultimate experience of participating in nature,” Draganosky said.
