Electronic repair shop opens in Harrisburg

Asurion Tech Repair & Solutions, an electronic repair shop, has opened in Harrisburg.
Located at 6013 Allentown Blvd. in Paxton Square, the store offers professional fixes for most consumer electronics, from smartphones, tablets, and computers to game consoles, smart speakers, drones, and more.
Franchise owner James McNeil, who has locations in Lancaster and Mechanicsburg, said the shop fixes cracked screens, battery issues, water damage and other repairs, usually in two hours or less.
“Offering top-notch service is our number one priority,” McNeil said. “We are committed to ensuring the local community has a go-to spot for tech repair that’s not only affordable but also convenient.”
The store is an authorized repair provider for all major phone makes and models. Customers can book a repair appointment online or walk in, he said.
The store offers free diagnostics on all gadgets, as well as a 1-year limited warranty on all repairs and price matches local competitor’s published prices, he added.
The new Asurion Tech Repair & Solutions store brings the company’s retail footprint to more than 750 locations across the U.S. Formerly known as uBreakiFix, all U.S. locations will rebrand as Asurion Tech Repair & Solutions throughout 2022.
