Lissette’s responsibilities include leading corporate strategy, directing operations, inspiring an action-oriented culture, and aligning resources. A main focus throughout his tenure has been driving growth through innovation and strategic acquisitions. Dylan is also the main contact for the board of directors and serves as the public face of the organization.
Lissette has served as CEO for eight years. He’s been with the century-old company for over 25 years; starting out running Utz’s outlet store and mail order area. .
He is proud of leading a great team of associates for the last 10 years and accomplishing so much together including transitioning the family-owned business to a publicly traded company in August 2020.
“While not always easy to do, find balance in your life and choose your time wisely,” he said is the most important life lesson he’s learned.
For fun Lissette enjoys getting outside and enjoying sunset cruises with the family.
