As co-founder of CRA, Doug Rohrbaugh has guided the growth of one of Pennsylvania’s largest architectural firms. He is recognized for establishing positions in new market sectors and implementing strategies to support the firm’s long-range plans. Rohrbaugh is credited with launching CRA’s relationship with Cabela’s Retail Inc. and its flagship store in Hamburg. He also served 16 years on the Mechanicsburg Area School Board and serves on the Team Pennsylvania Foundation Board.
