Dyer is a healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience in the central Pennsylvania marketplace. Prior to joining Central Penn Business Group on Health, he served as senior vice president of strategic planning and business development for UPMC Pinnacle, Harrisburg.
He managed the seven hospital system-wide strategic planning process involving the identification, assessment and implementation of new product and service growth opportunities.
Dyer launched the UPMC Pinnacle CARES Program, a business to business consumer strategy that provides corporate wellness, worksite chronic disease management and innovative products and services to over 200 employers. Previously, Dyer was the founding president & CEO for PA Chamber Insurance, Inc. recognized as one of the largest and most successful state chamber association health plans in the country.
He was also the founding president & CEO of Insurance Coalition, Inc., a leading employee benefit plan brokerage firm in Central Pennsylvania.
