“I always say the Dentsply Sirona employees do not work for me or the management committee team, we work for them. As a CEO I have the pleasure to work with 15,000 employees from more than 40 countries. That’s the best part of the job,” he said.
He joined Dentsply Sirona in February, 2018.
“I’m never proud of myself. I always want to work with a great team. I love to work with people and empower people. So, I’m very proud to have such a strong team around me at Dentsply Sirona,” Casey said.
The most important life lesson he’s learned: things are never as good or as bad as they seem.
Casey is a big football fan. He also loves to run, bicycle, and previously participated in marathons. “The first thing I want to do every morning is exercise to clear my mind and get focused,” he said.
