The $4 million Lofts@909 include 22 fully furnished
apartments that also are being marketed as corporate suites for businesses,
commuters, lobbyists and others who travel to Harrisburg on a regular basis.
“It’s cheaper than staying at the Hilton,” Lick said.
Rent ranges from $1,400 to $1,700 per month for the spaces
that range from 500 to 700 square feet. All utilities are included in the rent,
Lick said.
The apartments are in the historic Boas School
built in 1921.
TKP consists of Mayur
Patel, general counsel for a Harrisburg-based hotel development and management
group of companies, and his wife, Tina. TKP just started marketing the
apartments, Lick said. One apartment is rented and the developer has leased
office space in the basement, he said. There is still office space open, Lick
said.
TKP plans to hold a grand opening in several weeks, Lick
said.
