Jane Broski, the company’s public relations lead for the Central region, said Deloitte will occupy all of one building and a portion of a second at Route 114 and the Carlisle Pike.
The construction of two office buildings totaling 259,000 square feet was announced in June.
Harrisburg-area developer Hoffer Properties owns the former Phico tract under the name 114 Associates. It has been trying to build out that intersection for the last few years.
The township in June said completion of the buildings and occupancy was slated for next spring.
Some employees from Deloitte’s East Pennsboro Township office will be relocated to Silver Spring Township, Broski said. “It’s both new employees and relocations. Employees from a number of different service areas will work in that building.”
Deloitte currently employs more than 1,500 locally, she said. The East Pennsboro office will remain in place.
“Deloitte is expanding its operations to three offices in the Harrisburg area,” Broski said. “We have not yet finalized all of the details.”
