Partner/Sales Manager
Plouse Precision Manufacturing
Smith’s role at Plouse is to seek out and establish new clients. He hopes to create and maintain a working relationship with each client that is profitable and beneficial for both the client and Plouse and facilitates growth for both parties.
He has been employed by Plouse for 41 years, doing a multitude of tasks over those years.
Over his career, Smith said he has established positive relationships with many new clients. This has helped the company to grow from 20 to almost 100 employees. He have also assisted with Plouse’s transition from manual machining to CNC production machining.
The life lesson he shared is: we can learn something new from each person who crosses our path. “Everyone is valuable, and the best ideas come from listening and collaborating.”
He enjoys traveling to Haiti to assist with community building projects; being outdoors, especially in the woods; and spending time with my family and friends.
