Bernhardt has served as president of the firm for eight years. He is responsible for oversight of day-to-day operations of the company as well as strategic planning, work flow, personnel and profitability.
He says the company is continuing to grow both in the services provided and in the geographies where they’re provided. “This is as challenging as ever with the increased pressures in the marketplace to attract and retain top talent. Our recent conversion to an Employee Owned Company has certainly helped us in this regard as our folks are able to take more of an owner’ stake in the strategic plans of the firm as well as the reality of our ESOP providing an additional benefit to potential employees,” Bernhardt says.
