Dasher Services Inc. Wednesday announced a new executive team.
Tracey Glenn has been promoted to president. As president, Glenn will be responsible for operations, marketing and finance.
Glenn is taking the place of Cynthia Tolsma, who is stepping down to serve as chief culture and engagement officer, a new role created by the company. The company said it created the role to elevate Dasher’s focus on culture and employee engagement.
Ed Dame, formerly vice president of IT and operations, will now serve as chief operating officer, also a new role created by the company. Dame will manage all employees who are a part of the day-to-day operations such as the call center, production, covert audits and IT.
“I have great trust in this strong executive team to lead Dasher to grow and achieve our mission of helping people live happy, healthy lives,” CEO of Dasher, Sharon Ryan, said in a statement.
Established in 1985, Dasher Services is a data-driven, customer contact, services operation with a focus on communicating about Medicaid and related programs to insurers, providers and subscribers.
Dasher is based in Lower Paxton Township and serves the Harrisburg, Pittsburgh and Philadelphia areas.
