Dallastown construction supply company acquired

Dallastown-based Tri-Boro Construction Supplies is being acquired by a Virginia-based construction supply group.
White Cap LP has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Tri-Boro Construction Supplies, a concrete accessories and construction supply company with locations in Dallastown and Carlisle.
Upon the completion of the transaction, which Tri-Boro Construction Supplies said will be within 30 to 60 days of Tuesday’s agreement, it will become part of the White Cap suite of brands and branches.
