CyndiLou Foster leads the sales department for three branded hotels in the Rossmoyne Business Park: Homewood Suites by Hilton, Hampton Inn by Hilton and TownePlace Suites by Marriott.
“From a young age, my goal in life was to leave a footprint bigger than my size ‘6’ shoe; and while I was not able to attend college, I found an industry that presented every opportunity to work hard through the ranks,” Foster says.
Each property continuously exceeds financial goals while growing market share, says nominator Jason Schulz, area director for High Hotels. He says Foster also coaches the operations team to ensure guests have an exceptional experience.
She has held hotel leadership roles in Dauphin, Lancaster and Cumberland counties for over 20 years, growing her network in each. Schulz says it is difficult to go into any regional industry event and not hear the name CyndiLou Foster.
Foster also donates her time to countless nonprofits throughout Central Pennsylvania, including the West Shore Chamber, Cumberland Valley Visitors Bureau, Meeting Professional International-Middle PA Chapter, Children’s Miracle Network, Dauphin County animal shelter, American Red Cross blood drives, Primitives by Kathy and more. She also gives her time to many individuals by coaching them through personal challenges and providing a professional reference.
