“At Fulton Financial, our purpose is to change lives for the better,” Myers said. As president and COO, he works with the bank’s team to determine the bank’s priorities so they can effectively fulfill this purpose for its customers and communities. “We listen to the needs of our customers and deliver effective solutions,” he said.
He has been in his current role for three years and a proud Fulton Banker for more than 30 years. “It’s truly been an honor to be part of a company which is so strongly committed to employees, customers and our community,” Myers said.
Since 2015, Fulton Bank has enhanced its commitment to the community through the Fulton Forward initiative by supporting financial literacy, homeownership and more. “In 2019, we took that dedication a step further by creating the Fulton Forward Foundation, an independent nonprofit funded by Fulton Bank to aid underserved communities,” he said.
“Luck is when preparation meets opportunity. Prepare by working hard, building relationships and always learning – and a bit of good luck may just come your way,” Myers said.
He enjoys competitive games, from playing cards with his 80-year-old mother to yard games with family and friends and competitive sports with anyone. “It’s great to compete, and it’s even better to compete and win! And, the best part is connecting with loved ones and spending quality time together,” he said.
