The Warrell Corp. has named Kevin Silva its new president. He succeeds Pat Huffman, who is retiring this month after 11 years leading the Camp Hill company.
Huffman’s retirement set off a chain reaction of moves, said Annette Warrell Jones, the new marketing manager.
“We have a changing of the guard. With Pat retiring, we’ve been grooming the next generation and the next group of managers,” she said.
Silva is currently executive vice president of administration. He is being succeeded by Susan Tandle, the first female vice president in company history, Warrell Jones said.
Previously the human resources manager, Tandle takes the title of vice president of administration and organizational development.
Richard Warrell is the incoming executive vice president of sales and marketing. He is currently vice president of sales and marketing.
Rob Bard is the new vice president of operations. He was previously plant manager for Conagra Foods.
Engineering Manager Andy Hartmanis the new plant manager for the Warrell Corp. Kelly Detterman, human resources generalist, was promoted to human resources manager.
Warrell Jones is the new marketing manager. She was previously chain account manager of Pennsylvania Dutch Candies, a Warrell product line.
The Warrell Corp., based in Lower Allen Township, is a premier packaging manufacturer for the confection industry. Its diverse lines of packaged sweets are sold throughout the country.
