Country Meadows Retirement Communities is expanding its Country
Meadows At Home service next week to the York
area.

Country Meadows At Home will offer personal-care services,
homemaker, companion services, transportation services and Alzheimer’s and
dementia support services beginning July 1 in the York area, according to the company.

Home Care associates will be able to provide 24-hour care or
two-hour service visits that could include meal planning, cooking, light
housekeeping, running errands, medication reminders, as well as bathing and
dressing.

Country Meadows At Home began service in October 2007 in the
Hershey, Harrisburg
and Mechanicsburg areas.

Country Meadows operates nine retirement communities in the
state and one in Frederick,
Md. It offers independent living,
assisted living, Alzheimer’s/Memory support and restorative programs. Country
Meadows Retirement Communities are owned by George M. Leader Family Corp.
