CHRISTINE E. NENTWIG

SHAREHOLDER
CGA LAW FIRM

Christine Nentwig’s independence and self-reliance have been critical to her success.

“In some sense it has made me work harder, but it has also made me more well-rounded and knowledgeable,” she said.

In addition to being a shareholder at CGA Law Firm, she is the co-chair of the firm’s labor and employment law practice group. She is also an adjunct professor at York College, where she teaches the next generation of leaders about employment law and labor relations.

“She is an exceptional attorney and community leader,” said Rebecca Countess, director of marketing at CGA Law Firm. “She has more than 25 years of combined experience as a labor and employment attorney, both in central Pennsylvania and downtown Chicago, and as a human resource professional with several Fortune 500 organizations. She uses her intelligence and tireless work ethic to ensure that our community provides opportunities for all.”

Nentwig serves on several local nonprofit boards including United Way of York County, Leg Up Farm and Crispus Attucks.

“As HR chair (for the United Way board of directors), she has had a direct impact on improving our organization and in developing leaders on our team,” said Anne Druck, president of United Way of Pennsylvania. “She played a key role in coaching supervisors to support employees in a productive and supportive way.”
