Chick-fil-A will open its doors on Wednesday in the Shoppes at Belmont, the first tenant to begin operations in the new Manheim Township shopping center.
The $100 million Whole Foods-anchored shopping center is off Fruitville Pike and Route 30. The new Chick-fil-A store is located at 1579 Fruitville Pike.
The grand opening for the 5,047-square-foot store will get underway Tuesday with a family-friendly overnight party. Much like other store openings for the chicken chain, the first 100 adults through the door can earn a free year supply of Chick-fil-A. The company calls this its First 100 celebration.
This will be the chain’s second location in Lancaster County and fourth within a 25-mile radius. Atlanta-based Chick-fil-A has more than 2,250 restaurants in 47 states and Washington, D.C.
As for the rest of Belmont, most of the other tenants will begin opening between March and May, according to the developer.
