Chartwell Staffing Solutions, based in Lancaster, will open an office in Lower Paxton Township in early October as the company continues its expansion nationwide.
The office, to be located at 4337 Union Deposit Road, will support existing clients in the manufacturing and distribution industries, the company said in a news release Sunday.
With 44 offices in 13 states, Chartwell has grown 550 percent since February and anticipates opening a new location every month through 2016.
Its newest locations, opened this month, include Edison, N.J., and Sumner, Wash. It plans to open several more New Jersey offices in the next six months and will likely open a Seattle office in the next year.
In July, Chartwell acquired Eveready Staffing and Training in Ogden, Utah. In March, the company quadrupled in size when it took over most of the operations of Corporate Resource Services of New York City, with branch offices in Charlotte, Chicago, Denver, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Reno and Salt Lake City.
Catherine Lockey, Chartwell’s national marketing director, said the company is one of the largest woman-owned staffing agencies in the nation.
Its services include drug screening, traditional temporary services, temp-to-hire services, direct-hire services, payroll services and vendor-on-premises services.
Its southcentral Pennsylvania locations include Lancaster, York, Gettysburg and Chambersburg.
