Challenging year for Pa. horse racing as track attendance falls 15 percent in 2018 (access required)

Pennsylvania's horse-racing industry saw track attendance fall 15 percent last year after years of steady decline. Betting also dipped by 5 percent last year in what the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board described as a "challenging" year for the industry.
