Stine oversees the daily operations of the company, including its sales, leasing, and property management divisions. He said his duties include expanding Bennett Williams’ network of clients and growing the company footprint within the region while providing all customers with a best-in-class commercial real estate experience.

Stine joined Bennett Williams Commercial in 1999 after graduating from Penn State University. He started as a retail leasing agent at Bennett Williams and was made a partner and promoted to vice president in 2008. He was promoted to president and CEO of the company in 2012.

He enjoys helping agents and coworkers reach their career potential. He also enjoys working with clients to help them reach their commercial real estate goals, whether that is assisting a tenant or landlord with leasing a property or assisting a buyer or seller with an investment property sale or acquisition.

Stine said his father was his mentor. “One thing my father stressed was to always learn not only from your success, but also your failures. He stressed the importance of earning respect, and the importance of how your past actions can impact your future, and to always be mindful of the footprints you leave behind,” Stine said.

If you want to have a career in commercial real estate and be successful, start immediately, work hard, put your time in, treat everyone with respect, never burn bridges, and understand nothing comes easy. “This business can be very rewarding, but you have to earn your way to the top,” he said.
