Stine has been president and CEO of Bennett Williams Commercial since 2012. He oversees the company’s entire operations, including the Sales, Leasing and Property Management divisions. He is responsible for ensuring the Bennett Williams is financially stable, and staffed with best-in-class associates. In addition to his corporate duties, he handles site selection/acquisition for national retail clients who are looking to expand throughout Pennsylvania. Stine also assists clients looking to sell their investment portfolios or acquire additional investment real estate.
In 2022, challenges have arrived in the form of the high cost of inflation, he said, and Bennett Williams Commercial has shown “the ability to overcome that … and meet employee needs, as well as the impact of the sudden rise in interest rates that created issues with buyer and seller expectations. As a company, we have worked with employees on work schedules and compensation packages to offset the challenges associated with the economy. We have also worked diligently to educate our clients of the changes in market conditions, and set realistic expectations.”
