Centric names Harrisburg attorney to boards

Lower Paxton Township-based Centric Bank has a new board member.

The bank and its parent corporation, Centric Financial Corp., has named Nicole Stezar Kaylor, a lawyer at McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC, to the board of each entity.

The company created the board position for Kaylor. There are now 11 members of the bank’s board.

Kaylor is in the corporate and tax group at McNees, handling clients in the transportation, manufacturing, professional services and financial services industries. She also works with companies on capital-raising campaigns, private placement offerings, private equity transactions and commercial lending transactions.

Before joining McNees, Kaylor was at Lemoyne-based law firm Bybel Rutledge LLP working with financial institutions on transactions and advising boards of directors.

Kaylor received a law degree from Penn State’s Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle.

Centric has four full-service branches and about $412 million in assets. It trades its shares on the OTC market at the ticker symbol CFCX.
