Centric Bank names JEM Group’s Meyers to board of directors

Jessica E. Meyers, founder and CEO of commercial construction company JEM Group, was named to the board of directors of Centric Financial Corp., parent company of Centric Bank.
Meyers and JEM Group, based in Camp Hill, have earned numerous accolades, including Pennsylvania’s Best 50 Women in Business, and Woman Owned Business of the Year by the Small Business Administration.
She founded JEM Group in 2003; according to a release, it’s the state’s only woman-owned commercial construction company.
“Meyers is highly regarded as a leader, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and voice for the next generation of women in business,” the release said.
“We are proud to have Jessica join our board of directors,” Patti Husic, president and CEO of Centric Bank and Centric Financial Corp., said. “She brings a strong history of corporate governance, financial acumen and risk oversight to our directorship. Jessica’s leadership in the construction industry and prior publicly traded bank board experience are valuable assets, and her passion for ‘building to improve lives’ is evident not only in the built environment but in her nonprofit work too.”
