Centric Bank has announced the opening of two Philadelphia-area locations, deepening the midstate bank’s progression into the eastern part of the state.
One of the new offices will be located at 80 W. Lancaster Ave. in Devon. A financial center will be located across the street at 105 Lancaster Ave., near the Devon Horse Show.
The branch office is slated to open in September 2019 after renovations are complete.
The new locations are part of a larger expansion into the eastern part of the state following the bank’s move into Bucks County in 2015.
“With existing locations in Bucks and Lancaster counties, the new Main Line presence is a natural expansion of our Pennsylvania footprint,” said Patricia A. Husic, president and CEO of Centric Bank and Centric Financial Corp., in a news release.
The project is awaiting final regulatory approval from the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp., while the renovations need approval from Easttown Township.
The Bucks County lending office, located in Doylestown, will also be converted to a full-service financial center in 2019, according to the release.
Centric Bank, based in Lower Paxton Township, has assets of $720 million. It has financial centers in Harrisburg, Hershey, Mechanicsburg and Camp Hill, as well as loan production offices in Lancaster and suburban Philadelphia. It also has an operations and executive office campus in Hampden Township.
