Central Penn College expands scholarship program to combat student poverty, economic impact of COVID-19 (access required)

Central Penn College announced in 2019 that it would offer eligible students one free year of housing through a new scholarship program, but when the pandemic hit, the Summerdale-based college expanded the service to two years.
