Ceisler Media & Issue Advocacy named Willhelm COO and Dries director
Philadelphia-based Ceisler Media & Issue Advocacy, which has an office in Harrisburg, named Kate Wilhelm chief operating officer. She will continue to work with clients while overseeing business development efforts and helping to lead strategic planning. She was a director. She has a degree from Rutgers University. Brian Dries was named a director. He crafts communications strategies from ideas through implementation, using marketing, advertising, media relations and public affairs outreach.
