Businesses tally costs of tariffs at Harrisburg forum

From metal beverage and food can manufacturers to a general contractor, several Pennsylvania businesses, chambers and industry associations shared insight on the effects that tariffs have had during a forum hosted by U.S. Sen. Pat Toomey, R-Pa., on Tuesday.-(Emily Thurlow)

The rising cost of tinplate, the result of recent tariffs, has prompted metal and plastic container manufacturer BWAY Corp. to consider sending production overseas.
