Lancaster-based Burnham Holdings Inc. reported first-quarter earnings today, while Lower Paxton Township-based Centric Financial Corp. reported last week.
Burnham, the parent company of subsidiaries that manufacture boilers and related heating, ventilation and air-conditioning products, reported an 8 percent increase in sales but a net loss of $588,000, or 13 cents per share.
That was up from a net loss of $786,000, or 17 cents per share, in the first quarter of 2014.
Burnham trades over the counter under the ticker symbol BURCA.
The parent company of Centric Bank reported first-quarter earnings of $304,000, an increase of 87 percent compared to the first quarter of 2014.
Centric was approved this month to begin trading over the counter under the ticker symbol CFCX.
The bank holding company had assets of $326 million at the end of the first quarter, which was up $21 million compared to the first quarter of 2014.
Total loans were $265 million, an increase of $33 million, while deposits were up $11 million to $289 million.
