Jackson chairs the McNees executive committee, which leads all aspects of firm operations, strategic planning and execution. He also represents employer clients in the firm’s labor and employment group. He currently serves as private sector co-chair of the Team Pennsylvania Foundation board of directors and on the board of directors of the United Way of the Capital Region where he was vice-chair of the 2022 United Way Campaign. Jackson is a member of the board of directors of Trinity High School and coaches youth basketball.
He says last year, McNees grew its geographic footprint, our team and our client service offerings; all requiring change leadership and integration. “We recognized the varying levels of risk tolerance and change adaptability within our firm, so we sought to build consensus and support around each initiative for growth. As we integrated, we leaned into our culture of embracing new and diverse perspectives that can help us better serve our clients and communities. We are stronger today because of that journey,” Jackson says.
