As president and Chief Executive Coach for the corporation’s 100+ employees, Ritter is a hands-on leader providing whatever support is necessary to the company’s most valuable assets—it’s people.
She has held the position for over “11 wonderful years”.
She is proud of growing the company from 35 people to more than 100 and instituting a culture of inclusion and diversity. This includes establishing the company’s mission and vision—values which the staff lives by every day.
Ritter believes the most important lessons in life are learned from failure. “Failure can teach us many things about ourselves. When you fall down and pick yourself back up, you build muscle and strength. Likewise, each time you fail and recover, you build strength of character, commitment and work ethic. Failure teaches us to be humble and to learn from our mistakes,” she said.
When she is not in the office, you can find Ritter spoiling her beautiful German Shepherds–all four of them–or working on perfecting her golf swing. She loves to take long hikes with “my gang” and being outside in the sunshine. “There’s nothing better.”
