Brechbill & Helman Construction names COO

Chambersburg-based Brechbill & Helman Construction Co. Inc., a regional general contractor and design-build company, has promoted Matt Dice to COO.
According to Brechbill & Helman, the appointment is part of the company’s vision for its future growth.
“We are excited to have Matt in this position to promote growth and target various geographic locations as we continue to work with our subcontractor base and area architects and engineers,” said Michael Kissel, president and CEO.
“Matt is a natural leader with over 25 years of construction experience. He is ASHE Certified, LEED Accredited, and has previously held positions of project manager and project superintendent for the company,” said Barbra Runyon, CFO and daughter of one of the original founders, Darrel Brechbill.
