‘It’s a blessing,’ parent says of program that enables nonprofits to offer remote learning space for students (access required)

The program is the brainchild of state representative and former Harrisburg City Councilwoman, Patty Kim. Kim said she remembers being a young mother looking for child care and realizing it would cost most of her yearly salary.
