Biden to stump for Clinton in Harrisburg Sunday

As the race for the White House enters the home stretch, Vice President Joe Biden will campaign for Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton in Harrisburg on Sunday.

According to Clinton’s campaign website, Biden will appear at the Lincoln Administration building at 1601 State St., 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.

The event is open to the public. Doors open at 12:30 p.m.

Republican Donald Trump will rally in Moon Township, Allegheny County on Sunday night. He held a rally at the Giant Center in Hershey Friday evening, while Clinton rallied in Pittsburgh at the Great Hall at Heinz Field.

With the election season finally drawing to a close, the business community is likely wondering about the key issues affecting their operations and industries, and how the new president will address them.

CPBJ staff will share what industry leaders have been saying about the president-elect in regard to topics such as health care, trade, the workforce and more during a free webinar 10 a.m. Wednesday.

Reporters will discuss what’s next for the midstate’s business community under the country’s new leadership, and they will take your questions.
