The Bank of Bird-in-Hand released details of its next common stock offering, which will seek to raise $15 million in newly issued common shares.
The stock will be priced at $23 per share, with a minimum purchase of 1,000 shares ($23,000.) If demand exceeds $15 million, the bank’s board may up the target to $25 million, according to a release.
