Atomic Design has added a new leadership position, the Warwick Township-based company said this week.
Lydia Henry, former vice president of strategy and human resources, has been promoted to COO of the growing stage-design business.
“Atomic’s growth in size and complexity required the addition of the COO position, which is new for Atomic,” company spokeswoman Tiffany Dodson said Friday.
Henry’s human resources duties will be folded into her new position. She will also be responsible for business planning and overseeing current operations of the privately held company, which has about 105 employees at locations around the world.
Henry has been with Atomic for five years. She has more than 18 years of experience in business consulting and a bachelor’s degree from Truman State University in Missouri.
The new COO position is the second shift in leadership positions at Atomic recently, as its former CEO Soren West stepped down in January.
