Armstrong, the top manufacturer for hard surface flooring products, expanded its Lancaster flooring plant to the tune of $41 million to bolster its luxury vinyl tile output. LVT is the fastest-growing segment of resilient flooring, accounting for about 15 percent of the company’s sales in 2015.
