Arthur B. Dodge
Chairman and CEO
Ecore International
Dodge has served in his current position for 24 years. His responsibilities include corporate strategy / value creation, corporate governance, capital structure and maintaining the company’s mission, vision and culture.
He said the past three years all posed unique challenges. A pandemic, supply chain collapse and workforce shortages all required solutions to once in a lifetime events. In 2022, Ecore secured a new manufacturing location in the southeast. Agreements were signed and equipment was ordered. “Shortly before closing, we discovered a major environmental issue. Within four weeks, our team pivoted to a backup location, secured an agreement and a workforce. The plant opened on schedule and on budget,” Dodge said.
